[Remote] Healthcare IT Recruiter

Healthcare IT Leaders is a nationally recognized healthcare IT consulting and staffing firm that helps hospitals and health systems execute large-scale technology initiatives. They are seeking motivated Consultant Advisors (Recruiters) with prior staffing or recruiting experience in healthcare, IT, or consulting services to identify, engage, and place highly skilled Healthcare IT professionals on consulting assignments.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage Healthcare IT consultants for contract consulting opportunities
• Screen and qualify candidates to match client project requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through placement
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants throughout their engagements
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and project timelines
• Maintain accurate candidate and activity data within the Applicant Tracking System
• Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms including Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sense, Daxtra, MS Teams, and other sourcing technologies

Skills

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and phone skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical business practices
• Experience with modern recruiting and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Teams, and cloud-based platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience recruiting in Healthcare IT, IT consulting, or professional services
