[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Fuels

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within their Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS portfolio, focusing on product innovation and aligning customer needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and portfolio planning
  • Lead portfolio modernization initiatives, driving adoption of enterprise solutions and enhancing product offerings
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, incorporating input from internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, adoption strategies, and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction

Skills

  • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product management, market dynamics, and customer-driven product strategy
  • Experience in supply chain, fuels, or data analytics domains
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers, growth, and profitability
  • Experience with market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning methodologies
