- PC: Windows Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5/Ryzen 5, 8+ GB RAM)
- No MacBooks or Chromebooks
- Screens: Dual monitors required
- Internet: Wired Ethernet connection (min 25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up)
- No Wi-Fi/Hotspot
- Gear: Wired USB headset (Gen 2+) & web camera
- Workspace: Private, completely distraction-free workspace
- Mandatory Training (100% Attendance Required)
- Phase 1: July 13 – July 24, 2026 | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Nesting: July 27 – July 31, 2026 | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Note: No time off can be approved during training
