[Remote] Partner Account Manager

The Partner Account Manager will own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of Systems Integrator partners, driving joint pipeline and bookings while aligning partner capabilities with company sales priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of SI partners (regional and/or global)
  • Develop and execute joint business plans tied to revenue and pipeline targets
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings
  • Align closely with direct sales on co-sell and deal execution
  • Launch and support joint GTM initiatives and industry solutions
  • Build executive relationships and lead partner QBRs
  • Track performance, forecast pipeline, and enforce accountability

Skills

  • 3+ years in partner management, alliances, or enterprise sales
  • Proven experience working with Systems Integrators
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deals
  • Executive presence and strong cross-functional leadership skills
