[Remote] Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager- Public Sector and K12

The Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager will lead clients through complex enterprise transformation initiatives, overseeing the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP programs to modernize business processes and optimize operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation programs, including planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations
- Provide executive-level status reporting on progress, financials, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Manage project governance through steering committees, PMO forums, and stakeholder reviews
- Oversee scope management, change control, and delivery quality throughout the program lifecycle
- Partner with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Technical Teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Drive cross-functional coordination for design workshops, testing cycles, training readiness, cutover, and deployment activities
- Monitor project financials including forecasts, burn rates, utilization, and overall budget performance
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, quality standards, and best practices
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey
Skills
- 10+ years of project management experience leading ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP
- 6+ years of consulting experience delivering enterprise transformation programs
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud implementations
- Demonstrated success managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred
