Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Support
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
- Coordinate tasks across multiple teams
- Assist with project schedules and timelines
- Monitor deliverables and project milestones
- Track dependencies and action items
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation
- Prepare project status updates
- Create project presentations and reports
- Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up activities
- Document project risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with:
- Project Managers
- Product Owners
- Program Managers
- Technical Teams
- Business Stakeholders
- Support communication between business and technical teams
- Escalate risks and blockers when necessary
- Retail Technology Support
- Support POS and Payments initiatives
- Assist with retail technology deployments
- Help coordinate activities related to store systems and payment platforms
- Support omnichannel retail initiatives
Skills
- 1-5 years of Project Analyst or Project Coordinator experience
- Experience using: Jira (Highest Priority), Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience supporting IT projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience tracking project milestones and deliverables
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams
- Retail industry experience
- Oracle Retail Xstore POS experience
- POS systems experience
- Payment systems experience
- Omnichannel commerce experience
- Retail operations knowledge
- Store technology experience
