• Guide clients through available life insurance and healthcare exchange plan options with professionalism and clarity
• Manage follow-ups, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure smooth account coordination
• Assist with preparing proposals, account documentation, and sales-related reports
• Collaborate with remote sales and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Build strong client relationships while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced virtual environment

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, account coordination, or client services is a plus - but not required
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, email systems, and virtual communication tools
