Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator to manage and enhance their Salesforce platform. The role involves administering the Salesforce platform, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and providing user support and training.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce platform including user accounts, roles, and security controls
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions
- Develop reports and dashboards for decision-making support
- Manage data quality initiatives and support integrations with other systems
- Coordinate Salesforce releases and troubleshoot complex issues
- Provide training and support to users, and mentor junior staff
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements
Skills
- 5 years of professional experience with enterprise applications
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative capabilities
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Experience with data migration, data quality, and system integration activities
- Experience in software testing, release management, and deployment processes
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, and related technologies
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and source control practices
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns
- Experience in highly regulated environments like government or healthcare
