They are seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter/Search Consultant who will build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, assisting in the recruitment process and transforming lives by placing individuals in ideal positions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
- Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
