[Remote] Account Manager

Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BizLink Robotic Solutions USA is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Account Manager to spearhead our growth within the Southwest Territory. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities and managing key automation accounts, acting as the critical link between customers’ automation needs and BizLink’s product/service groups.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & Capture : Research and develop new customer opportunities to expand into key target markets
  • Pipeline Management : Continually generate formal/informal leads and maintain a robust sales opportunity pipeline
  • Promotion : Actively sell all applicable BizLink products/services, including participating in marketing activities like trade shows
  • Relationship Management : Maintain leadership at established sites and coordinate with local account managers for key accounts
  • Consultative Liaison : Act as the link between customer automation needs and BizLink’s technical service groups
  • Retention Strategy : Develop and manage specific maintenance strategies for existing organizational contacts
  • Forecasting : Manage budgeted sales goals and provide monthly rolling forecasts via corporate CRM software
  • Quote-to-Cash Support : Accurately prepare and track customer quotes, while assisting Accounts Receivable with payment collections
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Support Operations, Quality Management, and Customer Service to ensure world-class satisfaction
  • Policy Adherence : Embrace all corporate compliance rules, policies, and the BizLink Code of Conduct
  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in team-building projects and attend meetings focused on streamlining internal processes
  • Regional Travel : Maintain a 60%+ travel schedule to prioritize customer visitation and maximize profitability

Skills

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 + years related sales experience
  • Robot and Automation experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Cooperative and enjoys working in a cohesive team
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Self-motivating and willingness to learn
  • Wire Cable experience preferred
