[Remote] Business Development Director

Remote role Full-time Open position

HealthLink Dimensions is a data-first healthcare technology company supporting the nation's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, health plans, and marketing agencies. The company is seeking a Business Development Director to drive sales with small and mid-size pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech clients, focusing on HCP engagement solutions and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Win new clients by presenting and selling HealthLink’s solutions
  • Identify opportunities through prospecting and industry contacts
  • Articulate product value to marketing and commercial teams
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and HCP engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts
  • Advise clients on data accuracy and campaign optimization

Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, preferably in life sciences or healthcare marketing
  • Proven ability to generate leads and break into new accounts
  • Strong knowledge of HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms
  • Willingness to travel for client and company meetings as needed
