They are seeking a Frontend Software Engineer II to develop scalable experiences using a cutting-edge frontend platform, collaborate with various teams, and ensure high-quality code through testing and reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Use a cutting-edge frontend platform to develop scalable experiences, and make exciting contributions to the platform itself
  • Design, develop, and optimize React-based micro front-ends, ensuring they are accessible, intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly across different devices
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to maintain state-of-the-art GraphQL infrastructure
  • Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build and iterate on platform features and ensure alignment on user needs and technical feasibility
  • Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards
  • Manage build and deployment pipelines using NX and CircleCI to streamline continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring fast and reliable delivery of frontend updates

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in software development
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Deep understanding of (or interest in) GraphQL for data fetching, integrating with back-end systems, and optimizing queries for efficient communication between frontend and backend
  • Ability to implement accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly designs, working closely with design teams to create responsive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure alignment on platform features and technical requirements
  • Proficiency in implementing unit tests and integration tests (using tools like Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library) to ensure code quality, stability, and maintainability
  • Experience managing build and deployment pipelines
  • Solid experience with Git for version control and collaboration through platforms like GitHub or GitLab
  • Familiarity with, or strong interest in, building scalable frontend architectures and frameworks that can easily grow as the platform evolves, supporting new features, integrations, and modules
  • AI-Driven Full-Stack Engineering: Leverages AI development tools across the entire lifecycle (from design to testing) to accelerate full-stack feature delivery. Crafts and iterates on prompts to ensure AI-generated outputs meet team quality standards, while demonstrating the technical judgment to discern when manual coding yields better results
