StevenDouglas is seeking a Commission Analyst to manage the administration and tracking of distributor commissions and sales-related financial arrangements. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail while working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams.

Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, commissions, or distributor accounting

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar) preferred
