Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's customer success vision, strategy, and long-term client engagement initiatives
  • Lead customer success, client relationship management, onboarding, retention, and client advocacy programs
  • Establish and maintain world-class service standards across all client-facing functions
  • Drive client retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value through proactive engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align customer success objectives with business growth goals
  • Develop and monitor customer success KPIs, client satisfaction metrics, and retention performance indicators
  • Build and lead high-performing customer success and client services teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, onboarding experiences, and ongoing client engagement
  • Manage escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution of complex service issues
  • Foster a client-centric culture focused on long-term relationship development and service excellence
