Breadchaser is a real estate lead generation and SaaS (CRM) company seeking five remote closers to handle pre-booked inbound sales calls with real estate agents. The role involves conducting Zoom consultations, matching agents with lead packages, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 8+ scheduled Zoom consultations/day with real estate agents (no cold calling)
  • Consultative selling: Walk agents through their pain points, match them with the right lead package, and close deals
  • Follow up relentlessly with no-shows - reschedule and get prospects moving through the pipeline
  • Use CRM tools to stay organized, manage follow-ups, and track deal flow
  • Improve constantly by applying coaching, following scripts, and executing best practices

  • Looking for full-time closers with relentless work ethic
  • No cold calling - 8+ Zoom consultations per day (45min each) with pre-qualified clients to close 3-4 deals per day (60% close rate target)
  • You must be available full-time, coachable, and committed to becoming a top performer
  • Handle 8+ scheduled Zoom consultations/day with real estate agents (no cold calling)
  • Consultative selling: Walk agents through their pain points, match them with the right lead package, and close deals
  • Follow up relentlessly with no-shows - reschedule and get prospects moving through the pipeline
  • Use CRM tools to stay organized, manage follow-ups, and track deal flow
  • Improve constantly by applying coaching, following scripts, and executing best practices
  • Primary function: Close 3-4 deals per day on pre-booked calls (60% close rate)
  • Effort-based goal: Handle 8+ Zoom consults/day
  • Follow-up intensity: Reschedule and close no-shows (60%+ show rate target)
  • Ramp time: Hit performance benchmarks within 30-60 days
