Hallmark Healthcare Solutions, Inc (HHCS) is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to join the team to effectively provide guidance, support, and analytics to our Einstein II and Einstein II VMS projects. Reporting to the VP, Implementation, your primary responsibility will include to develop simulation models for a variety of problems within the organization. You will be responsible to perform validation and testing before presenting to stakeholders and work closely with senior managers and other stakeholders, to identify and solve a variety of problems and for clarifying objectives and constraints. Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the chosen solutions are implemented successfully.

Responsibilities

Include ? Data Collection and Management: Collect, organize, and maintain healthcare data from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, and patient surveys ? Data Analysis: Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making, improve patient care, and reduce costs ? Report Generation: Create regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven findings to healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders ? Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of healthcare data by conducting data validation checks and resolving discrepancies ? Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast healthcare trends, patient outcomes, and resource utilization, contributing to proactive decision-making ? Compliance and Privacy: Adhere to healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and maintain compliance when handling sensitive patient information ? Quality Improvement: Assist in quality improvement initiatives by monitoring performance metrics and providing recommendations for process enhancements ? Benchmarking and Comparative Analysis: Compare healthcare data with industry benchmarks and peer organizations to identify areas for improvement and best practices ? Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and heat maps, to make complex information more accessible and understandable ? Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and administrators to ensure that data analysis supports the organization's goals and decision-making processes Required Qualifications ? 2 years of experience in the Healthcare industry ? Knowledge of the industry and market trends ? Collaborative problem solving skills ? Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools ? Understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies ? Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment ?
