Position Overview – Brand Engagement Center (BEC) Customer Relations Representative

The arenaflex Brand Engagement Center (BEC) is a world‑class contact hub where we connect directly with vehicle owners, dealership partners, and field offices. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, handling inbound inquiries and complaints with empathy, expertise, and decisive action. This role offers a solid foundation in product knowledge, guest expectations, and the inner workings of a leading mobility company, paving the way for multiple career pathways within arenaflex.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for arenaflex owners, responding to phone calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and speed.
  • Analyze guest concerns, determine root causes, and resolve issues related to sales, service, dealership interactions, or product functionality.
  • Take ownership of each interaction, conducting thorough investigations and delivering clear, actionable solutions.
  • Utilize active listening and proactive decision‑making to enhance the overall guest experience and drive satisfaction.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple software platforms, typing, and conversation flow while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Research unique guest requests using internal tools and public resources, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist guests with in‑vehicle technology—including Bluetooth pairing, navigation setup, and multimedia integration—to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, staying calm under pressure and delivering a low‑effort experience for every guest.
  • Maintain impeccable attendance and punctuality, adhering to the BEC’s operating schedule, including Saturdays and company‑paid holidays.
  • Progress to multi‑channel communication (letters, email, social media, chat) based on performance metrics and business needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience in a fast‑paced, phone‑oriented environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating technology such as Bluetooth pairing, smartphone integration, and vehicle navigation systems.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑volume setting while maintaining a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Automotive industry exposure—dealership experience, technician background, or prior work with another mobility brand.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement tools.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or ticketing platforms.
  • Multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish, to support arenaflex’s diverse customer base.

Our BEC operates Monday‑Friday from 7 am – 7 pm CST and Saturday from 8 am – 6 pm CST. Certain regional teams, such as arenaflex de Puerto Rico, may start at 6 am CST during daylight‑saving periods. The culture is built on:
