Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and update the talent information database in Streak, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate the procurement, verification, and fulfillment of gifts, merchandise, and promotional items for talent and partners.
  • Manage vendor contracts, status reports, and internal documentation to support seamless operations.
  • Oversee talent‑related financial processes, including processing p‑card charges, reconciling expenses, and preparing monthly financial summaries.
  • Support internal communications by distributing weekly newsletters, birthday recognitions, holiday announcements, and other employee engagement initiatives.

Talent Relations Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing talent‑focused initiatives for brand campaigns, special projects, and high‑visibility events such as arenaflex‑hosted premieres, corporate gatherings, and industry conferences.
  • Provide logistical support for VIP talent experiences, including arranging private dinners, park visits, gaming sessions, and exclusive screenings.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for talent inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses that reflect arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, legal, and production—to align talent activities with broader business objectives.

Event Coordination Duties

  • Organize guest lists for premieres and special events, managing RSVP tracking, seating assignments, and name‑badge creation.

Essential Qualifications
