Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand. Your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ticket Management: Issue, re‑issue, and refund passenger tickets; book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations using arenaflex’s proprietary reservation system.
  • Rebooking & Upsell: Rebook passengers on oversold flights, handle schedule changes, and proactively offer upgrades or ancillary services such as lounge access, baggage allowances, and travel insurance.
  • Passenger Assistance: Provide in‑person and remote support for check‑in, boarding, and de‑boarding processes, including assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, and special‑needs travelers.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Verify travel documents, process customs and immigration forms, and ensure all interactions comply with FAA, TSA, and local regulations.
  • Financial Transactions: Process credit‑card payments, issue vouchers, and manage refunds in accordance with arenaflex’s financial policies.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, courteous, and accurate information to passengers via phone, chat, and email; act as a liaison between passengers, ground crews, and flight operations.
