Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry & Sales Support Specialist, you will serve as the frontline liaison for arenaflex’s client portfolio. You will manage a book of 30‑45 high‑value accounts across verticals such as Beverage & Alcohol, Automotive, Financial Services, and Insurance. Your role will blend data entry precision with proactive sales support, ensuring that every client interaction is seamless, data‑driven, and aligned with arenaflex’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Full‑Cycle Sales Support: Lead the end‑to‑end sales process—from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding—while maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
  • Data Entry & Analysis: Enter, verify, and analyze client data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop fully integrated digital marketing initiatives that maximize ROI for clients.
