What You Will Do

  • Manage and expand a government-focused pipeline across federal, state, local, and educational sectors
  • Lead RFQs, RFPs, bids, and GSA/MAS submissions from start to finish
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, manufacturers, customers, and government agencies
  • Oversee project execution including quoting, logistics, installation coordination, and contract administration
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, NIST, CMMC, and other government procurement requirements
  • Lead and support 2 Project Managers while improving operational efficiency
  • Monitor pipeline performance, contract progress, forecasting, and reporting
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with procurement officers, contracting officials, and government stakeholders

Experience We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience selling to government entities and/or managing government contracts
  • Strong experience with government bids, proposals, procurement processes, and contract management
  • Experience with GSA schedules, GSA/MAS contracts, or similar government purchasing programs is highly preferred
  • Experience using SAM.gov, DIBBS, and PIEE is required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing projects and contracts from inception through completion
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong Advantage

  • Experience with capital equipment, industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, fabrication equipment, or other technical products
