Account Executive

Bonneville International is an integrated media company dedicated to building up and celebrating communities through content and advertising solutions. They are seeking an Account Executive who will identify business opportunities, drive revenue through client engagement, and develop strategic marketing plans for clients. The role requires a proactive sales approach and participation in various client interactions and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to “hunt” for and develop new broadcast, event, and digital business
  • Be comfortable with cold calling via phone, email, and in-person on a consistent basis
  • Prospect and identify marketing revenue opportunities, secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers, create broadcast and digital sales packages, present to clients, and close the sale
  • Build a strategic marketing plan for your client(s) that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue
  • Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media
  • Fully participate in CRM (Client Relationship Management) system

Skills

  • Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data to draw conclusions from findings
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision
  • Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments
  • A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies
  • Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience with digital and social media platforms
  • Passion for professional excellence and integrity with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and proven ability to safely drive personal vehicle without exposing Company to serious liability risks
  • Outside sales, media sales, business marketing or related field experience preferred
