[Remote] Bilingual Inside Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 7/20/26) (Spanish/English)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mindr, through its brand Intoxalock, is dedicated to providing safety and monitoring products that help communities. The Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will manage warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, and close sales while scheduling installations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
  • Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
  • Maintain minimum quality expectations
  • Timely follow up on active prospect list
  • Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance
  • Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to type 30+ wpm
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
  • Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
  • Bachelor's Degree
