Responsibilities

Skills

  • Fluent French, both spoken and written
  • Diplomacy, listening skills, and dynamism, because that's the magic trio of customer service
  • Comfort with computer tools (you don't need to code, just click fast)
  • A stable Internet connection—minimum 30 Mb/s
  • Availability Monday through Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m
