Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Help clients understand and choose benefit options
  • Guide customers through insurance plans in simple, clear terms
  • Conduct virtual consultations with new & existing clients
  • Keep accurate records and stay updated on products/services
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative remote team

Skills

  • No experience required – full training provided
  • High School Diploma or GED (college students & recent grads welcome)
  • Strong communication & people skills (written + verbal)
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
  • Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
