Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking an IT Provisioning Analyst to join the Information Technology team. The IT Provisioning Analyst primary role is account creation, user audits and maintaining NDR’s user account environments for all NDR organizations and outsource partners. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and management of user accounts across all environments including SaaS and software licensing. The IT Provisioning Analyst will partner with the Infrastructure, Information Security and Desktop Support/Operation teams to assist with user and systems audits. This role will be an escalation point for user lockouts or account disabling.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Create and maintain end user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Office 365. Deprovisioning of account access and software licenses. Maintain inventory of software licenses. Monthly user audits of production systems. Provide IT onboarding guidance to new remote employees. Assist with returned equipment process within the ITSM solution. Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles, SOP’s and workflows for IT staff and employees. Work on special tasks and participate in projects as required. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work methods. Familiarity with personal computer equipment and PC operating systems.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on access control experience including managing an Active Directory environment and custom-built applications. Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline preferred. ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred. Experience in Windows OS & MAC OS. Microsoft O365. Experience with mainstream ITSM solutions. Experience with PowerShell preferred Experience with Salesforce preferred Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Suite. Intermediate knowledge of security, compliance, and audit processes. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of Active Directory including creating user accounts, managing user groups and entitlements, and terminating user accounts. Proficient understanding of Exchange administration in an Office 365 environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment with extreme attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, quickly shift priorities. Powerful sense of urgency and commitment to meeting SLAs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate technical issues. Ability to work independently and with direct supervision. Strong interpersonal skills/ability to interact with the user community with a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis. Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills. Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions. Take constructive feedback. Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation

Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
