Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Build and maintain a deep understanding of the data‑entry and product teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end recruitment experience for remote and on‑site roles.
  • Performance Management & Development: Coach managers on performance‑review cycles, goal‑setting, and continuous feedback, fostering a culture of high performance and employee growth.
  • Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps, design learning pathways, and collaborate with Learning & Development partners to deliver targeted training programs that accelerate capability building.
  • Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead change initiatives, redesign processes, and implement new operating models that improve efficiency and support rapid scaling.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Work closely with DEI councils and employee resource groups to embed inclusive practices into recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Analyze workforce data, surface trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership that drive data‑informed decision making.
  • Compensation & Benefits Collaboration: Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure competitive offers, equitable pay practices, and transparent communication of total rewards.
  • Employee Relations & Issue Resolution: Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies while maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Product teams to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a technology‑focused organization that supports software development or product teams.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in an “influence without authority” capacity, driving change and delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM‑CP, PHR) is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing big‑picture vision with day‑to‑day operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, identify trends, and translate data into compelling business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Workday, SuccessFactors).
