Position Summary

The Remote Data Entry Specialist role at arenaflex is a critical component of our data operations team. You will be responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining large volumes of transactional and customer data with uncompromising accuracy. Your work will directly influence the quality of insights that drive strategic decisions across finance, marketing, compliance, and product development. Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management Tasks

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input high‑volume data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, PDFs, scanned documents, and proprietary systems) with a target error rate of less than 0.1%.
  • Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Perform systematic checks, cross‑reference entries against source documents, and resolve discrepancies before they propagate downstream.
  • Database Maintenance: Update arenaflex’s master data repositories, ensuring consistency, completeness, and compliance with internal data governance policies.
  • Timely Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly data reports that highlight key performance indicators, data trends, and any anomalies that require attention.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including finance, compliance, product, and IT—to clarify data requirements, share insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Documentation: Contribute to the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry workflows, ensuring knowledge transfer and scalability.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings and data quality workshops to stay aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new remote data entry team members, sharing best practices and tools.

Essential Qualifications
