Responsibilities : • Accurately enter and maintain sales and customer data into our company's database • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data • Assist with data clean-up and de-duplication projects • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all data is up to date and reflects current customer information • Prepare reports and analysis as needed using company data • Utilize data entry software and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy • Communicate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members • Adhere to all company policies and procedures for data entry and confidentiality Requirements : • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred • At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field • Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50 wpm) • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and effectively manage time and tasks independently • Must reside in Houston, Texas EEOC statement : EB is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
