Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a Virtual Onboarding and Client Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

• * Manage the full onboarding and client enrollment process from initial contact to successful integration.
• * Coordinate virtual onboarding sessions, ensuring all necessary documentation and systems access are provided on time.
• * Conduct virtual orientation meetings to guide clients or employees through company procedures, policies, and systems.
• * Communicate effectively with internal teams (HR, IT, and Operations) to streamline the onboarding workflow.
• * Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and enrollment data within CRM and HR platforms.
• * Respond promptly to onboarding inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance.
• * Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding experience and contribute innovative process enhancement ideas.
• * Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and industry regulations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• * Proficiency in virtual communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
• * Experience with CRM or HR management systems (Salesforce, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).

• Experience
• * 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, HR support, client relations, or administrative coordination (remote experience preferred).
