Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager (Remote)

The Sales Representative/Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with our clients. Keen strategic thinking, commitment, and communication skills are must-haves for this position.

Responsibilities

  • This role entails selling construction services
  • Increase client-base by identifying potential leads, crafting proposals, and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Exhibit thorough understanding of our company and its offerings while consistently demonstrating its value to not only current but potential clients.
  • Build contact lists of potential leads
  • Cold calling
  • Bring deals to close.
  • Produce proposals for customers.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is crucial.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to pitch to both small and large audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and maintain attention to detail.
