Work Type:Hybrid Location:San Francisco, CA We are seeking professionals with experience supporting partner programs, channel organizations, alliance teams, or ecosystem operations. Candidates who have worked with systems integrators, consulting partners, resellers, or strategic alliances are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience coordinating partner-facing activities, operational processes, or program execution within a partner ecosystem environment.
  • A track record of improving workflows, managing high-volume requests, and identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes.
  • Confidence leveraging AI-powered tools and automation platforms to increase productivity while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging appropriately for a variety of partner and stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail in maintaining CRM records, pipeline tracking, and operational reporting using platforms such as Salesforce or comparable systems.
  • Sound judgment when managing escalations, prioritizing requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
  • Customer-facing or partner-facing experience, including relationship management, support operations, program coordination, or channel enablement activities.
