Chief Product Owner – Operations and Analytics

Remote role Full-time Open position

Job Description:

Establishing and operationalizing comprehensive measurement of development team performance against internal and external milestones
Automating tracking and report-out of project status across many development teams
Working hand-in-hand with Visit Integrity Platform and R&D leadership to align product operations metrics and dashboards across AI/ML/Data Science, Application Development, and BI & Analytics.
Lead the VIP customer analytics strategy, aligning the analytics needs of each business area, including user productivity, feature adoption, utilization, and customer ROI (both portfolio-wide and customer-specific)
Acting as the central orchestrator between business Product Owners and BI & Analytics teams to ensure high-quality business cases, clearly defined requirements, and timely delivery of analytics aligned to business priorities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of senior product ownership experience.
OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of Fourteen (14) years of product ownership experience.
5 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and product operations
Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution (preferred)
Demonstrable experience in healthcare revenue cycle
