Key Responsibilities
As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for
- Responding promptly to customer queries and requests via live chat on businesses' websites or social media accounts
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information
- Sharing sales links and providing discounts to customers
- Working closely with businesses to understand their products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service and support Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need
