Position Overview As a 3rd Shift Remote Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely, professional, and accurate service. This is a fully remote position that requires you to be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during evening and night hours. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, representing arenaflex with every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls, scheduling service appointments, handling customer inquiries, dispatching technicians to jobs, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our field technicians, dispatch team, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Work Schedule This position operates on a 3rd shift schedule, which includes

  • Monday through Thursday 600 PM – 230 AM
  • Sunday 330 PM – 1200 AM
  • Expected Hours 40 hours per week

  • Hourly Pay Rate $20.00 per hour

  • Expected Weekly Hours 40 hours Key Responsibilities and Duties As an integral member of the arenaflex customer experience team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to Customer Service and Communication
  • Answer inbound phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with patience and empathy
  • Initiate outbound phone calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Provide customers with accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding technician estimated arrival times, job details, and any schedule changes
  • Ensure all customer interactions meet arenaflex's high standards for quality and professionalism Dispatch and Coordination
  • Dispatch the appropriate technician to each service call based on qualifications, geographic location, and customer preferences
  • Utilize Service Titan software to effectively plan, schedule, and dispatch jobs
  • Coordinate with technicians regarding availability, expected job completion times, and any urgent matters
  • Ensure accuracy of all details on scheduled calls, including customer name, phone number, address, and service requirements
  • Manage and prioritize dispatch assignments to maximize efficiency and minimize customer wait times
