Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage inbound and outbound package information with accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipments, tracking, and service options.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Required Skills
