Call Center Representative (Remote / No Phone Calling / No Experience)

We're seeking caring, motivated individuals who want to deliver excellent service on their own schedule. This position is entirely chat-based—no voice calls, no video meetings. You'll communicate exclusively through online messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, allowing you to work from anywhere with an internet connection. Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries through live chat on websites and social media, addressing questions, sharing product information, and providing promotional offers to customers who reach out to us. Rate $35 per hour.

Requirements

A working laptop, phone, or tablet and a dependable internet connection are essential. You'll also need proficient English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers. Skills/background needed This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included. Previous live chat experience is not required—we'll train you from the ground up.
