Analyst / Senior Analyst, Reporting and Operations - New York

The Senior Analyst in Reporting and Operations will be responsible for fulfilling reporting requirements, supporting team operations, and managing data analysis and project initiatives within the Risk Enhanced Analytics team.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling internal and external reporting requirements, including regulatory inquiries
- Supporting and enhancing the team’s operations, including automation initiatives
- Retrieving, processing, and analyzing data
- Managing in-house project initiatives
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Pre-law, English, History, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Finance
- 0-4 years of relevant work experience
- An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong reading comprehension
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Strong self-management
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with databases and querying (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, SQL)
- Programming knowledge (e.g. VBA, Python)
- Previous experience in compliance, operations, or risk management
