Position Summary As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat. You'll assist customers with a range of issues, from login problems and billing inquiries to subscription changes and technical troubleshooting. Using our proprietary scripts and workflows, you'll provide accurate and empathetic support that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat messages promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with account access, billing, and subscription management
  • Follow scripted replies and company SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues to ensure seamless resolution

  • Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
  • Shifts available 24/7; self-scheduled
  • Minimum 15 hours/week Training & Onboarding
  • 2-hour onboarding session to get you started

  • QA-monitored first shift to ensure you're ready to go
