Vice President, Client Service

Vice President, Client Service Location(s) Hybrid: New York, Norwalk, CT or Atlanta, GA Know your specialism An experienced, trusted adviser to Kantar’s clients and people with inherent understanding of brand research and its purpose within a broader ecosystem. Is responsible for revenue targets that will build to a team’s book of business. Will actively contribute to building Kantar’s network of brand experts who deliver quality data and insights to their clients. Will support key responsibilities and initiatives across the BP group (resourcing, proposals, training, hiring). Commercial Accountability

  • Responsible for profitable delivery of Brand Performance work for ~5-7M revenue (dollar amount may vary dependent on makeup of portfolio and high vs. low touch clients).
  • Leads Brand Performance new business opportunities to maintain and grow book of business.
  • Ensures Purposeful Collaboration across solutions and strategic clients.

Client Accountability

  • Leads mid-size to large, complex accounts; both overseeing accounts and involved in day to day of projects (for largest, most strategic, complex, high demand accounts)
  • Acts as escalation point on designated accounts and accounts within downline for issues/escalations that arise, through to resolution
  • Provides guidance to team and contributes to expertise, thought leadership, design, storytelling, and client management of accounts.
  • Consults on research design (survey, sample, specs, deliverables)
  • Responsible for delivering on client servicing values and driving client satisfaction throughout the team
  • Accountable for profitability of accounts
  • Is able to own or develop relationships with clients
  • Serves as an escalation lever on accounts within portfolio (for downline) as needed

People Accountability

  • May manage 2-3. Accountable for managing their down-line to best meet utilization targets and Brand Performance goals.
  • Provides active feedback to account teams and downline and coaches to address performance gaps.
  • Contributes to strategic priorities (Blueprint, +1/cross-sell strategy, SPARK), manages Brand Performance training needs (with other leads).
  • Responsible for employee engagement and contributes to building Brand Performance team culture
