You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best! Compensation: Small Base + Commission = $125,000 - $250,000 (uncapped commissions) Responsibilities:· Reach out to sell investment opportunities and get contracts from homeowners while coordinating with sellers and taking properties to closing.· Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.· Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.· Must be motivated to bring in outside business.· Must be a team player.· Love helping people and great at building rapport.· Excellent verbal and written skills.· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.
