• *Shift Details
• Sunday–Thursday, 1000 p.m. – 630 a.m. CST
• Remote position, working from the comfort of your own home
• Must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI, to facilitate in-office training
• *About the Role As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for
• Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
• Monitoring load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
• Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
• Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates within our systems
• *What We're Looking For
• Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
• Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
