Role Overview We are seeking an extremely thorough, service-centered Transaction & Listing Coordinator who delivers true white-glove service and understands how to create a smooth, elevated experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate proactively thinks ahead, resolves issues before they arise, and refuses to allow loose ends. Our transactions may include residential and commercial. All brokerage-required templates and systems will be provided. White-Glove Service Standards

  • Go above and beyond at all times Transaction Coordination Responsibilities
  • Oversee, manage and coordinate transactions from executed contract through closing with full accountability
  • Review contracts and paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and risk points
  • Build and manage timelines, contingencies, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with customers, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and vendors
  • Resolve issues before they impact deadlines or customer confidence
  • Maintain meticulous CRM and transaction records
  • Prepare files for compliance review and ensure nothing is missing
  • Confirm closing logistics and details in advance
  • Keep agents and management informed of transaction details at all times Listing Coordination Responsibilities
  • Oversee, manage and coordinate files from signed agreement through active status and launch
  • Ensure required paperwork and disclosures are complete and compliant
  • Coordinate photography, staging, vendor scheduling, and MLS entry
  • Maintain accuracy in MLS data and marketing assets
  • Support listing launch timelines and customer communication
  • Keep agents and management informed of transaction details at all times Required Qualifications
  • Active real estate license with transaction experience OR personal experience selling and buying personal homes
  • Ability to gain strong knowledge of contracts, timelines, and compliance processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously
  • Professional, calm, and solutions-focused communication style
  • Technology proficiency (CRM, MLS, transaction platforms, e-signature tools) Compensation & Structure Paid per listing and closing (1099 contract position). Part-time to full-time workload based on volume, with growth opportunity as we scale. Fully remote with required responsiveness during active listings and transactions.
