On-Call Sr. Copywriter (Future Opportunities)

Description Senior Copywriter (On-Call) For several solid years, you have crafted taglines, social posts, calls to action, website blurbs, the names of brands, and countless other bundles of words you banged out and delivered with a big smile, a quick nod, or a pained grin—your cutting-room floor could be cleaned up with a rake. You’re a copywriter, and you love what you do. What’s more, you’re good at it. The years of experience and battle scars have helped you elevate your craft. We’re currently hiring an On-Call Senior Copywriter to work with us on an as-needed basis, with the flexibility to work from zero to 30 hours per week. This role is part of our talent pipeline, and while there may not be an immediate opening, we are proactively connecting with qualified candidates for future opportunities. As an On-Call Senior Copywriter, you’ll:

• Write copy for all marketing channels, including social, digital, print, audio, and video.
• Support clients who tackle important issues like energy efficiency and climate change.
• Think strategically while developing ideas and concepts for projects and campaigns.
• Serve as one of the lead creatives on a growing team. Embrace ambiguity, step in where needed, and help push the work forward.
• Make deadlines. Seems obvious, but it’s kind of a thing here.

You’ll need: Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably within an agency environment.

Additional Professional Attributes:

• A portfolio that shows strong concepting and copywriting skills across a range of content, including long-form.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
