As a Payments and Fraud Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize payment processes and mitigate fraud risks. This role involves a deep understanding of payment systems, fraud detection methodologies, and the ability to devise and execute effective strategies to ensure secure and seamless financial transactions. Responsibilities: Payment Strategy Development: • Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of payment processes. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize payment systems both in the US and Internationally Fraud Prevention and Detection: • Develop and implement robust fraud prevention and detection strategies. • Monitor and analyze existing Fraud waterfall and rules across multiple systems (internal and 3rd party) to ensure that we maximize efficiency, cost, fraud rates, acceptance rates and support the risk management team in identifying patterns and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activity. Risk Assessment: • Conduct thorough risk assessments related to payment processes and fraud exposure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation measures. Data Analysis and Reporting: • Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights on payment trends and fraud risks. • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with finance / treasury, product development, customer service, risk and other relevant departments to optimize payment workflows. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. • Gaming Industry experience an advantage. • Experience in US and International payments • Proven experience in payment strategy management and fraud prevention. • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, transaction processes, and fraud detection methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to financial transactions. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
