Remote Data Entry Clerk

Purpose of the Position: The primary purpose of this role is to process data requests by accurately... adding and correcting entries in a specific database or computer application. Responsibilities include tracking received data, sorting, interpreting, and verifying data, as well as resolving questions or inconsistencies with source documents. The Data Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and responding to inquiries regarding entered data. Duties: • Send authorization forms to members through our FOS system. • Review forms for authentication, including verification of FN, LN, DOB, ID, Address, and validity in CDB. • Ensure all document requirements are completed and forms are signed and dated. • Enter necessary information into clinical applications. • Fulfill/send forms to members through our FOS, including selecting the correct kit. Qualifications/Experience: • Accurate and efficient data entry skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Highly productive and efficient work ethic. • Excellent punctuality and adherence to scheduled hours. • Ability to focus during work hours without excessive breaks or distractions. Shift Start/End Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Dress Code: Business Casual Additional Information: This position offers the opportunity for cross-training on other similar tasks as you become more proficient in the initial responsibilities.
