Protocall Services is seeking a Crisis Counselor in Cincinnati, OH, to provide compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention via telephone. This remote position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in behavioral health or counseling.The successful candidate will engage with callers facing diverse challenges and maintain accurate documentation while handling multiple tasks.
