We're looking for experienced Backend Python Developers to work alongside the world's leading AI research labs — evaluating AI-generated code, building complex algorithmic challenges, and helping push the boundaries of what AI can do. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned Python engineers who want to put their skills to work on something genuinely cutting-edge.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 and production-quality standards
• Design and develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts that challenge AI reasoning at its limits
• Write clear, human-readable explanations for backend logic, architectural decisions, and code behaviour
• Identify edge cases, security vulnerabilities, and logical flaws in AI-generated API and backend logic
• Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly shapes how AI models learn to write better code

Who You Are

• Deep Python expertise — you've written production-level Python and it shows
• 3–5+ years of professional backend development experience
• Solid command of modern Python frameworks including Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Strong grasp of advanced language features, design patterns, and software architecture principles
• Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with API security best practices and vulnerability identification
• Background in algorithm design, competitive programming, or systems-level development
• Experience writing technical documentation or code reviews at scale
