Contract Healthcare Recruiter

Based on our rapidly expanding business here in the US, we are adding to our team and looking for experienced Recruitment talent. Role Profile We are looking for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-demand and varied recruiting challenge for a 6-month contract opportunity. You must have a proven track record identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent without relying on job postings and applicant flow. You will play a key role in coaching candidates and stakeholders through the recruitment process to ensure the best results for both . You will

  • Work in partnership with just a few of our clients, giving you the opportunity to really get to know their business and their hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, working with them to define recruitment strategies and key objectives.
  • Directly source and engage top-tier talent to fill a wide variety of professional roles.
  • Create positive candidate experiences while nurturing future candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative and digital teams to build employer brands and digital attraction campaigns.
  • Use data and reporting to advise stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and to drive hiring decisions.
  • Provide weekly and ad-hoc updates to TA teams, hiring managers, leaders and business stakeholders as needed

Requirements

  • Adept at working on challenging roles without relying on posts and applications
  • 3+ years as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Experience recruiting clinical or nursing talent required
  • Must be located West Coast – occasional travel to client site required
  • Ability to work a traditional 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • MS Office required
  • Varied ATS experience a plus
  • Desire to be part of an integrated team
