[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

Remote role Full-time Open position

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting qualified leads, maintaining accurate records, assisting with special projects, and supporting team efficiency to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect (cold-call) via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads for a pipeline; consistently meet performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in systems to ensure data integrity for reporting and pipeline management
  • Assist leadership or team members with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks as requested to support team efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and continuously improve skills
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives that enhance client experience or operational efficiency to foster collaboration and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Mentor or assist new team members during onboarding or training when requested to share knowledge and promote team development

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and general computer skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in difficult situations
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail

Benefits

  • Uncapped performance bonuses
  • $25 per completed meeting
  • $50 per closed express/non-recurring product
  • $100 per closed fully managed product
  • First 3 completed meetings/month: $25 each
  • Next 3 completed meetings/month: $50 each
  • Meetings beyond 6/month: $100 each
  • Closed express/non-recurring product: $100
  • Closed fully managed product: $200
  • Paid Time Off: You will accrue 14 days in your first year and increases over time with tenure.
  • Volunteer Time Off: You will accrue 40 hours in your first year.
  • Paid Holidays: You will receive a minimum of 7 paid holiday and 3 floating holidays awarded per anniversary year.
  • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Eligible on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment, and LP will cover up to 75% for the employee premium depending on the plan that you select.
  • 401(k) Match: Eligible following 90 days of employment, and LP will match 100% of the first 4% of income contributed.
